Délices-style coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 750 ml (3 cups) thinly sliced green cabbage (with a knife)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grated carrots
  • 250ml (1 cup) grated beets
  • 80 ml (1/2 cup) classic maple dressing
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to allow all flavours to blend.

Note: This slaw will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
