Ginger Maple Spread Fruit Cups
- 125 ml (½ cup) ice cider jelly
- 250 ml (1 cup) diced kiwifruit
- 250 ml (1 cup) raspberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) diced mango
- 80ml (1/3cup) ginger maple spread
- Spoon ice cider jelly into four fruit dishes.
- In a bowl, mix fruit and scoop into fruit dishes.
- Heat up ginger maple spread a few seconds in the microwave.
- Garnish each dish with warm ginger maple spread.
