- In a bowl, mix tomatoes with basil, red onion and half the dressing. Add salt and pepper.
- Cut mozzarina into 12 slices.
- Place one slice in each dinner plate. Top with a portion of the tomato mix. Repeat step to create a second layer and cover with one last slice of mozzarina.
- Pour remaining dressing over each serving.
