Layered Mozzarina with a Hint of Maple

  • 3 seedless Italian tomatoes, diced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 80 mL (¹⁄3 cup) Maple Dressing
  • 1 package 250 gr mozzarina



  1. In a bowl, mix tomatoes with basil, red onion and half the dressing. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Cut mozzarina into 12 slices.
  3. Place one slice in each dinner plate. Top with a portion of the tomato mix. Repeat step to create a second layer and cover with one last slice of mozzarina.
  4. Pour remaining dressing over each serving.
