Maple Cream Fudge Icing

  • Servings: 12-16
  • Directions: 5 minutes

Ingredients

125 mL (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
125 mL (1/2 cup) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp milk
1 bag (375 g) of ultrafine maple sugar
Maple sugar candies

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Mix in milk.
  3. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until icing is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the icing on cakes, cupcakes, etc.
  5. Decorate with maple sugar candies.
