Marinade for Chicken, Tuna Fillet, Salmon or Jumbo Shrimps

  • Directions: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100 mL (1/3 cup + 1 tsp) maple vinegar
  • 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) olive oil
  • 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients
  2. Marinate fish or poultry at least 4 hours in the refrigerator
  3. Grill or pan fry
