Smoked Salmon Verrines with Maple Pearls

Ingredients

  • 300 g ricotta cheese
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) fresh dill
  • 140 g smoked salmon
  • 50 g (1 jar) maple pearls
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) lemon zest (optional)
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped chives

Directions

  1. In food processor, mix ricotta with sour cream, dill, chives and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Divide half of ricotta preparation into four verrines
  3. Cover with half of the smoked salmon
  4. Divide remaining preparation and smoked salmon into verrines
  5. Sprinkle maple pearls on each portion
