Veal Cutlets with yogurt & maple mustard sauce
- 125 ml (½ cup) Greek yogurt
- 30ml (2 tbsp) maple mustard
- 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh chopped savory
- 4 veal cutlets
- 15ml (1 tbsp) steak spices
- In a bowl, mixyogurt with maple mustard and savory. Add salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook cutlets 2 minutes on each side. Season with steak spices.
- Serve cutlets with yogurt & maple mustard sauce.
