Molten Brie with Almond & Maple Spread

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Directions: 10 minutes
  • Cook in: 15 minutes




  1. Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F)
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apple with cranberries, almonds, maple spread and, if desired, thyme
  3. Remove upper part of brie rind and place cheese in a small baking dish and top with the mix prepared in step 2
  4. Bake 15 minutes. Serve with bread, croutons or crackers.
