Maple Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 10 mL (2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 1 short espresso
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk

Directions

  1. Pour the maple syrup in the bottom of the cup
  2. Heat and foam the milk. Set aside.
  3. Prepare a short espresso
  4. Lay one tsp of the milk mousse on the maple syrup
  5. Slowly pour the hot milk in the center of the mousse
  6. Delicately pour the espresso in the center
  7. Cover with the remaining mousse
  8. Sprinkle with maple sugar
