Cucumber Lemon Mint Water Recipe

I've made cucumber lemon mint water a regular part of my hydration routine, especially on hot days or after a workout. What stands out most is how effortlessly it brings together a cooling cucumber essence, a zesty citrus brightness, and a subtle herbal kick from the mint.

Notes

Cooking Tips:
  • Use English cucumber for a slightly sweeter, less bitter taste.
  • Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
  • For a hint of sweetness, stir in a teaspoon of honey or agave.
  • Avoid over-infusing past 12 hours, as lemon rinds may cause bitterness.
  • Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days for best flavor.
